I ordered 3 of the revival chestnut trees. They arrived quickly and in great shape. The trees were 2 to 3 ft tall with large root ball. They came with simple planting instructions.

The young lady that helped me on the telephone was very sweet and professional. The problem I’m having is I think it’s too cold for me to plant it now where I live in Georgia.

Customer service representative was extremely rude unnecessarily enough so to not want to do business here anymore. Instead of rescheduling for spring because I couldn't receive in scheduled date of Jan for my area, I cancelled order instead because it never got to me expressing what I really needed or understand the dormancy shipping policies. The customer rep was disrespectfully abrupt and off putting

My purchase, 6 blueberries, and one fig tree, arrived as if they just came out of the soil. Bareroot, with the roots covered with a gel that keep them damp and protected. I planted them yesterday and I am almost certain that they will all be thriving in the spring. Thanks

I ordered bare root trees. One improvement to your site would be a better description of the bare root trees. All is given is the height. Would have helped to get a little more info on taller trees "some branching" or "2yr old, 3yr old" on the taller trees. Didn't know if they were all 1 yr old whips, some just taller. Would have paid for taller if knew they were older with larger caliper size. Just ordered the smaller ones. Otherwise thought it was a good site and easy to order. Thanks
