I did have trouble downloading the form to print but other than that everything went well.. I was in and out quickly. The lab tech were both very friendly, helpful and patient.

Extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. Purchased a TB test required for work credentials through the website on 12/28/23. After a few days I received my results stating that the test could not be performed due to no patient information. I called several times and left my information for a call back, but never received a call. Drove back to the location (11111 Research, Austin, TX) and showed my results to the staff and asked for another test. After the guy drew my second set of specimens, I asked him if he was going to place the patient info on the actual vials. He stated that the lad only required information on the barcode located on the box that the vials shipped in (i took a photo). After waiting a week with no results, I finally contacted Labcorp and they informed me that they could not perform the test due the same reason of no patient info. After verifying with the lab that all vials require patient info, I'm heading back for another test. Total waste of time.

Needed a quick and easy to determine an allergy. This was it! Bought and paid for test online, went to a local lab for blood draw, and had my results next day by email. Could not have been easier.

It was simple and it work, at the Lab they get confused about the test requests because didn't come from a doctor or employer but they processed these without problems.

Since leaving a critical care assignment in Reno Nevada within a week I was deathly ill I ended up in Santa Fe New Mexico visiting a friend and being bedridden in my hotel for 16 days I had no choice but to find somewhere that was do labs without my doctor requesting them and this was the best I could do and I’m grateful because we were able to rule out at least one issue that I thought I had which was parasites from Mexico. Even though I’m still waiting for my lab results from H. pylori I’m going to be heading home tomorrow I’m grateful that this process was available to me at least by the time I get home I will be able to show my doctor and get treated properly

The process of getting the vaccination and the results went very smoothly. However, I did have to return to give more blood samples because there was a problem with processing the first ones. I was an hour away from the lab so this cost me two hours plus gasoline.

I paid for a varicella titer went to quest diagnostic did the blood work 3 days later I get the results that says test not performed I need these results for the nursing program I call their number no one answers or get back to you so now I have to pay $115 to get a varicella titer at CVS so I’m out $175 Do not use these people

Lab Tech was very professional, a great draw and very nice - Fabulous I would use your services again in the future and will tell people of my experience. I had originally scheduled my blood draws with Passport Health - after waiting 20 minutes for my scheduler's. apt. I was told their computer were down and I had to go to Beaverton, after driving 20 min. to Beaverton I was told they couldn't do it for several hours. Phlebotomist was terrible. I have usually no issues with blood draws. This one left a huge bruise all the way up my arm. Also painful which is unusual. And also unfriendly. Get two stars for being prompt.
