The lab draw itself was good and the staff was nice. The one issue I had was with paying for a pricier test and requiring an appointment to have that test done; even with arriving before my appointment time, I waited an hour to be seen. That was not efficient and could be improved upon.

It is nice to know that individuals can go ahead and order their own blood test and look at it and then take it to their own doctor and see what they have to say about it unfortunately in today’s world doctors don’t order hardly any blood test that is of importance because of the insurance and Medicare.

Accesa is a great tool to manage your health. It allows me to use the lab I prefer, and to examine areas of concern to me. Then, when I have a personal doctor appointment, I can do my research and talk intelligently about my situation with my doctor. And it allows my doctor to review results and make notes well before my appointment.

Lab wasn’t able to get results due to incorrect sample collection. But no information on if I can get new lab drawn, what the procedure is and if the lab I go to will know what to do. Very confusing and unprofessional to just get an email with no explanation.

Not a very friendly place. All treat you like you’re bothering them or a burden. I was physically hurt by the lab tech during blood draw and she couldn’t have cared any less. I have huge bruises still on BOTH of my arms still. as a result of her negligence. I have had blood drawn many times in my life and have never had an experience like at your lab.

The only 2 complaints I have are that it is pretty expensive and it would have been nice to know that the place I was going was in a Safeway because I drove around for a while trying to figure out if I had the wrong address... otherwise it was great!

Getting my labs ordered & scheduled was easy as pie. I wasnt pleased with the actual draw site; they made no effort to protect HIPAA privacy of anyone. They asked people their date of birth, their doctor, other questions in front of everyone.

Hi there, I have to say that Glenny S was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had been bouncing around to several lab corps with no progress or correct information on how to get my drug test scheduled. I came here under the assumption I was in the system and good to go. As it turned out I was not. Glenny went above and beyond to help me get in contact with the correct people to schedule my drug test and I was able to take it the same day. Usually I show up to places like this exspecting the wrose. She made my experience and absolute breeze and I will always schedule my appointments are this location from here on out.

Needed a test last minute for school, check the reviews and it seemed legit. Tried it out and it was a smooth, easy process. They gave me an order for my tb test, I was able to fax it to the lab of my choice. Got to the lab and they had my paperwork, took my tb test in less than 10 minutes. Definitely worth the price.

You guys put me through a lot of heart ache with a TB Quantiferon blood test that came up as a false positive! I conducted the exact same blood test with my physician and it comes up negative with the results not close at all! I am demanding a refund on behalf of my company with proof

Love going to access lab to get my cbc test done.

The lab tech had informed me that my results would be available within 24-48 hours of receiving my test. I paid out of pocket because I needed the test for school clearance to teach. My lab tech was very nice and made my experience very pleasant, but I would not have taken the test had I known the results took longer.
