pros: low cost cons: no lab location in NJ. unable to setup an exam for the minor children. the multiple exams for different people under the same login account was not handled right away and i had to reach out over the phone and wait 2 more days for the result.

ordering tests etc was fine but I reported that the lab results may be wrong based on my last PCP ordered tests my complaint was dismissed as something my PCP has to deal with it I would have expected the lab to re do the tests free of charge very disappointing

I feel so bad for not remembering the lady who took my blood but she was absolutely fantastic. She got everything ready, was very professional but also easy to talk to and stuck me so fast and got it on the first try! I have donated blood and plasma before and people always complain about my veins...she literally didn't even bat an eyelash when she looked at my veins. It was pretty amazing!

I'm a man. I am taking estradiol to get a fuller figure, and to change my figure to be more feminine. I wanted to see where my estradiol levels are. I am surprised as well Accesaabs was to be able to get a lab order. The prices were great too. I may very well obtain lab tests "just because" in the future from Accesalabs.

Will use their services again! I wasn't able to get the correct quantitive lab values my school needed through my MD, so I had to look for other options. Accesa was pretty straight forward and not bad on pricing. I scheduled my lab work for the following day at Quest and a day after my results were ready! Super quick and efficient! Ordering the test online was easy! I was told it would take 3-5 business days for test results, but I received them in 2 business days. I did take my test as soon as the lab opened. Everything was smooth and easy. I recommend this service to anyone!

It wasn’t bad. I would give it 3.5 stars. The process was quick, easy and the phlebotomist was obviously skilled. The last two times I’ve been here though, I noticed that the phlebotomists don’t change their gloves before collecting the samples. That does make me worried about possible contaminations for both the results and the patient.

I loved the entire process! It was quick and easy & the results came back in a timely fashion as well. I am all about communicating and staying informed and this company definitely communicated well and kept me informed!

Was quick and pretty much painless. I'm scared of needles and didn't even realize when she stuck me. Wait time was short in the afternoon too. Was very good experience especially considering lab tests are stressful anyway.

I submitted my order on a Wednesday, got tested on Thursday, received my results early monday morning, just in time. Pretty fast, better than waiting for my health care provider.

Accesa Labs is super easy to schedule and pay for our office. It's nice that the employee can schedule it and our office pay for it so the employee doesn't have to worry about paying out of pocket and getting reimbursed later.

The person that had done my blood draw was absolutely excellent and very friendly and helpful!

The location is understaffed for the amount of clients. I had to wait 90 minutes after check in for a urine drug screen.

Lovely staff, speedy service even though I was a walk in. They said 11 minutes and it was quicker than that.

The process was very easy, but when I got to Quest for a blood draw, they had to break the list of allergy tests into three separate orders, which took a lengthy time. They also said that they didn’t have a test code for the allergy test for honey, only honeybees. Despite these hiccups, the process was simple and very quick. I’d come back to Accesa without reservation.

I was at the lab for a total of 20 minutes even though there were 3 people ahead of me when I arrived. The whole process was as smooth as it could have been.
