This is the Best, this concept of having test done for any and all reason for all people who need medical lab or vaccination done is the greatest thing ever. I'm in the medical field and was currently out of work, but thanks to AccesaLabs it was the best experience I had, from easy access from the web site, to requesting what I needed, to low prices, to downloading my lab orders and especially picking a location and making an appointment to have my lab's drawn. Especially having my lab's read by a physician and receiving a report all online. (Awesome)

Very easy ordering process. Was able to go straight to quest dia for test. Results were posted within 2 business days. One of my test were abnormal and I got BBC a call regarding this. Would have appreciated a little more info on the steps the I needed to take.

I have always had a great experience with Accessa Labs here in Oklahoma. This last set of tests was at a closer and new site. It was very easy, accessible, and quick. I have two suggestions to put this in the excellent category. First, when added test results come in from my original order, why not notify me via email that more information is available. Or just don't post the results until all information is received. Second, don't ask me for a review until I have the results....duh. It is irritating to be asked for a review when you don't have everything you asked for.....

I was a bit skeptical in that I could order a blood test of my choosing without having to justify it to my family doctor who always thinks of Medicare reimbursement first before peace of mind for his patience. I felt rushed or pushed into having my lab done by the tech. I was apprehensive about having it done since I had drank water prior to testing for the blood to flow freely into my veins. I noted this several times to the tech, but yet she continue to tell me "you"ll be alright" and then stuck the needle in my harm. She had to manipulate the needle several times (turning it) to get the blood to flow, this hurt my arm. Thankfully, we got the viles filled, but it took longer and my arm continued to hurt for several hours afterwards. I would have preferred to just postpone the test to another day, but the tech insisted on me having it done and her doing it. Are they paid an incentive for how many labs they do each day? There seem to be a zest for her motivation. Me being the customer/patient felt I had the last say and not the tech. Also, it was very cold in the bldg. I think we were in the basement of the bldg, it was like being in a dungeon.
