Excellent way to take of yourself without waiting for a doctor who only has a maximum of 15 mins to spend with you. It’s very easy to navigate the internet if you know what you’re doing. If you have symptoms collect all the info then ask google and be directed to the proper tests you need. I like it better this way bc all Insurances are truly faulted and never execute payments.

The process was smooth and relatively fast. Ease of online access of the results is a plus so is the ability to fax them to your doctor.

To begin with - I am a medical professional myself. For this test my blood was withdrawn at a Quest Diagnostics facility on behalf of Accesalabs. I have very good, very prominent veins bilaterally in the cubital fossas of my arms that do not present even the least challenge to anyone who would perform phlebotomy on me. Of course, nonetheless the person has to be sufficiently trained and possessing the needed set of skills. That definitely was not the case during my visit on September, 5th. A huge, prominent and visible vein and still the phlebotomist ended up with performing a very painful manipulation (when it should not be at all, if you are well trained) which ended with a HUGE subcutaneous hematoma around the site of the phlebotomy and it is still there, dissipating slowly. A very "good" example of undertrained people, with absence of the relevant amount of skills and experience!

Wait time was much longer than I would have expected, compared to multiple visits to LabCorp on the past. But the tech who drew my blood had the smoothest technique I’ve ever seen. One improvement I suggest is to offer the patient an option to have results for each test printed on a separate sheet. I would have paid a reasonable extra charge for this service, had it been offered.

Quick, prompt and accurate results. Pricing, is higher than other options. May not use Accesa in the future based on that.

I am so thankful that I found this service. I had been calling around to local places in Southeast Georgia to try and get the gold test done. I called several different places and the answer was no. I saw this company online and I was very skeptical about paying for lab services online, but I tried it anyway. Let me tell you one paid there was an immediate order for me to go and have my lab drawn. I went to a local lab. Oh, and another good thing is I was able to have to order faxed to the lab I was going to. Talk about convenient!!! I need this for the school I'm going to. This was a blessing. Very quick, convenient and inexpensive

Made my appointment and did see lab tech at appointment time and all took less than 10 minutes to complete. Reason for only a "3" rating is that the lab didn't forward results to the doctor's office as they were supposed to. The job was not completed.

This was a lot faster than going through my doctor, a pharmacy, etc. I had a Quest Diagnostic lab close to me and with that lab, the process for immunity titer test was smooth and less than 5 min. I went towards closing, so that’s probably a reason why the wait was so short, but there was no problem at all, just had to give them the order paper. I received my results the next day, which was unexpected and even better since I had a deadline. Thank you!
