Have been using Epet and one of the few that provides shipping to Lantau Island. The delivery is always quick, the website is really easy to access, and all the products are well selected! Keep it up!

Great Kitty Litter box, comes with scoop, large enough to fit my big cat in there, and keeps all the mess and smell in - great!
Gregory C.
Ordered 30lbs of puppy food, but couldn't receive it on time before current supply ran out. Called customer service and they shipped me 15lbs a day before then 15lbs the day after so that my pup had something to eat. They covered cost of double shipping. Good service!
Melanie N.

kawin s.
Food very good quality my dogs love it
stella l.
It clumps very well and it does not have an odour. However, my one issue is that it scatters very easily once the cat leaves the litter box, so it takes some effort to clean up after her.
Brigitte W.
The CS is good to help in ordering, and the product deliver just in 2 days. Will order again thru ePet!:)))
Eileen S.
Very good to use, cats loved it.
Ngai n.
The price might be a little steep, but there's A LOT of treats in there, especially if you cut them up into smaller portions if using for training.
Elsa W.
Very speedy processing of order and delivery - good service
Dr L.

Eurice L.

Ngai Y.
My cat is really crazy about it.

There is some tracking, but that is probably to be expected. Still, it is easy to sweep up. There is just about no dust issues, which is absolutely fantastic. Four stars as this is the 2nd brand I've tried, but I'd probably continue using this again.
Winnie N.
Received my order timely and accurate。 will order again！
Yu X.
Efficient logistic. Delivered to home just the day after purchase. Thank you.
Tamarisk W.
We always buy this food for our dog and it's now the second time we've purchased from epet. Speedy delivery and great service. Epet always accommodates our specific delivery instructions as we're only home a few hours during the week. I'm happy to give a 5 star rating for both product and service and will continue to order from epet in the future. Thanks!
anissa k.

My dog loves whatever food I give him and Wellness Core has been keeping my dog fit and healthy. I also applaud for the excellent service, speedy delivery, price is fair from epet. I always get free samples along with my purchase which is great for my dogs to have the chance to try new products.
Kelvin C.
We have tried a few different premium brands, but Weruva stands out for its quality and variety. Most importantly my cat loves them, and Thailand has the most stringent pet food quality control in the world, miles ahead of the USA.
morcy
My dog loves it. And ePet has nice delivery service
Jana F.
We need more "indoor" varieties. I bought this one only because indoor variety was discontinued. Also, rabbit flavour - discontinued. Bring them back please.

I only buy Royal Canin food for my cat. After years of trying different things, I found that Royal Canin is the only brand that has everything she needs to make her full, happy, with a shiny coat, and healthy teeth.
Erin T.
I like the whole range of Almo Nature kcal light. I think my cat enjoys them and has lost weight. Wish that their cans were complete meals instead of complementary though.
Amir
Prices are on par with most other pet stores. Selection of quality brands is probably the best part about this site. Fast reliable delivery via TaQbin. I might even say this is the only real e-commerce experience I've had in HK: order online, pay via credit card, get an email confirmation for the order, and an email notification for when the delivery is dispatched with an online tracking number. Every other service I've tried I had to place the order, wait for a phone call from the shop to confirm the order and agree on a delivery window, then sit around and wait for the delivery guy to call.

I have talked with Mr Tang and he said that he is going to send back a replacement. Still not received yet.

My dog has been on Avoderm for a few years now, she can go no. 2 regularly twice a day. Also all flavors are designed for owners to switch around; so doggies don't have to be eating the same flavor all the time, also their stomachs can be adjusted to the new flavor quickly.

Being a cat owner of over 20 years I am always looking for the perfect litter for my felines friends. It seems I have finally found it! this product has pleasant natural smell ( unlike many litter types that try to mask the odor under artificial fragrance ), it clumps beautifully and keeps litter boxes fresh for days. I am definitely one happy customer!
Nancy E.
Great Service. Prompt delivery
王 小.
i find your service very good and efficient. only that the price is not competitive enough..thx!
Heather D.

anissa k.

Aurelie S.
Nothing to say except everything smooth: delivery, payment, ordering. We knew the brand we ordered, the cat is very happy!
Dodie
This is by far the best dried food available. The high protein content, ingredients that are fit for human consumption, the balance of meat + organs, and the fact that my cats love it are just a few of the reasons why I recommend it so highly.
Mariko M.
My cat likes it :)
Cindy T.
Super efficient and polite!
Bernard L.
But the sodium count is a bit high, so I am alternating with Almo nature oceanic fish, and other foods. But they do lick the plate clean
David B.
Wellness Core is excellent quality cat food. If this weren’t available I was considering making my own cat food as there just isn’t a nutrient profile cat food available other than this.
