I've been using this for almost a year. It clumps good, and can flush down the toilet. The litter dissolves in water. I like the non fragrant one.

Merrick Grain Free canned dog food gets top rating on all of the dog food ratings sites, and it's easy to see why. You can tell that it's pure quality from the moment you open the can. Plus our girl loves it.

Very quick response from shop administrator. Goods receive basically next day. Recommended.

The dog food I ordered was readily available, which would otherwise take a week in another store I used to go to. Delivery by the next day, prompt and efficient, I'd definitely recommend epet.

The noise might be caused by low water level or incorrect alignment of the top lid part of the fountain. After I fixed that, the noise stopped, only hear water trickling.

My cat's favourite dry food over the past 4 years, thank you epet for quick sourcing within very tight deadline, and deliver to the airport to me (very exceptional case, other customers please don't make such a request, they spent excess time on arranging it). Also very nice to give treat for trial, excellent service and trustworthy supplier, very well done!

Ingredients list sounds really good well balanced full of natural products and meat and vegetables and fish - I have been trying out for 2 of my dogs who love it and stay allergy free and enjoy every morsel
Alexa
My dog is not picky with her food but I like it because it is grain free and the ingredients are better compared to others. The kibble is not so small so the dog chews it instead of swallowing whole, better for the teeth.

Delivery was very quick and deliveryman did a good job giving an estimated time of when they would arrive!

We got this because one of our cats has asthma and we had heard that this one is mostly dust-free. And it does seem to be that way so far. Plus it clumps up nicely, as its name suggest, which makes it easy for clean up. So overall, this is a very good litter.

I should have been using epet for years.

Our little guy was having seizures so we needed to find a cat food with DHA, EPA oil to fight inflammation. This stuff is so awesome we can’t get him to go back to his wet food, but we don’t care, as long as he’s drinking enough water.

We are rotating our dog amongst the Oven Baked adult food flavors and she is loving the fish. It smells fishy but that's a good sign.

Best pet food web-site I've come across in HK. The web-site is clear and easy to navigate, the products are always available, the delivery is fast. I had one slight payment problem (due to a computer error) it was dealt with promptly and efficiently by phone.

Much better quality than Temptations, but still full of fillers and unnatural ingredients, use sparingly as a treat but don't get them addicted to them
Joan S.
Service and delivery great
Geraldine S.
Excellent dog food and service

Nice clumping litter with mild scent, dust free as advertised. Kitty and I are happy with it! Only issue is the litter tracking, just like any other litter...

I feel good for my first time ordering pet food here for my dog. Basically it is cheap, quick and convenience by using paypal!

They finished it in seconds!

The Deer Heart product is very similar to the jerky in terms of texture. I usually soak it in some warm water for a few minutes to moisten it up. To feed, I either hold it for my cat to tear/chew or just give a whole piece to her which she takes to a corner and works on by herself. Takes about 5 minutes to finish a piece (my cat is smallish). The great thing about these Deer Deer products is that its a very involved treat, the cat needs to tear and rip the meat up in order to eat it.

Cat does her business in it. Clumps like it should. Doesn't smell.

Reasonable price for a scratchpad. Good size to keep two in our hallway

My cat is allergic to beef, chicken, venison, lamb, pork and duck protein. He pukes every time he eats them. I was introduce to this rabbit diet at the vet and has been using it for over a year now. It also comes in kibbles which is great. I do not miss the days when I have to clean up vomits everyday! My dog love the food too!!!
Mandy S.
Cats are known to be picky eaters but my cat has tried several grain-free options. She prefers the small kibble rather than the larger ones so Fromm Dry Food is perfect for her. Salmon A La Veg is also a new flavour we're trying out and she enjoys this one. She usually finishes most of it before the refill.

Good. Will order again. Hope can receive email regarding promotions.
