Both pups and dogs love it. Good ingredients, smell nice.

One of the healthiest canned cat foods on the market.

First time dealing with epet hk, easy and striaght forward, love the delivery company they employed too.

fast shipping and great U.S. Dog food that we are glad to have available in HK.

will be back :)

Really good quality dog food. My dog loves it, and it's not very smelly! (We also fed him 6-fish flavour which he likes as well but it's smellier so we prefer this one).

It says on the website 2-4 days but I got my order withing 24h! Also, watsapp communication made it so easy to make sure that the payment went thru and that everything went smoothly. Will get everything for my dog thru ePet from now on

Earlier this year, I decided to upgrade the quality of food for my two cats, as I had heard a few bad things about the (unnamed) supermarket brand that, regrettably, they both loved. Fromm came very highly recommended on the cat food review sites, and so I bought it and started introducing it to them slowly, first by mixing it with their old brand and then by gradually eliminating the other stuff. Before long, they both came to love the Fromm--even my fussy cat Harry--and now it's like they never even liked the old brand. It's so nice to know that they're now eating some of the best food that is available.

Fantastic product and great service from this company

Happy with everything delivered as well. Would recommend!

very smelly and fishy, she loves it. previously was eating Ocean Fish flavour, she had no issues with this one.

qwick delivery service

The one thing about the delivery is I don’t know what date and time they’ll be delivering. So with failure of first time delivery i’ve to rearrange for second delivery when someone is a home. The product has no problem.

We received our order the very next day and it was exactly as ordered. We will definitely be using their services again.

Effective

my cat loves it so much

My dog Ah-b is crazy for it!!

speed time to deliver and reasonable price

victor

the good is in good condition and thanks for the fast delivery

Love this Cat Sand. It flushes down the toilet and just save so much unnecessary hassle.

My cat enjoys eating this. You can see her chewing happily. She licks the bowl clean usually. I also add a little bit of water to give her some extra moisture.

Pure, human-grade, quality dog food in the market. Hope you stock up more flavour options for dogs!

very good

After opening the can, you can tell this is a high quality product. The the meat inside the can has a rougher/more varied consistency than other brands and includes sizeable pieces of offal/meat mixed in. You can tell when the cat is eating it, it is having a real meal and carefully chewing her food and actually using her teeth. The meat itself is also apparently "raw", which means more proteins and nutrients are retained. Our cat always cleans her bowl and it appears the combination of quality meat and the varied texture of the food really helps make the food interesting for her. This is about as close as you can likely get to a natural feline diet without having to resort to making your own cat food. Our cat is now on Ziwipeak full time, we just wished it was not so pricey.

Good ingredient. Dog loves it.

A little unusual preparing the freeze dried food. It comes in finger sized bricks that you break up into smaller pieces. Then add water to give it some moisture. My cat seems to like it and was excited when she first smelt it. I use it as a treat now and then. Seems like good quality.

Do you have this brand of dog food called Annamaet - Aqualuk? Or another brand - Castor and Pollux - Natural Ultramix dog food? Also I am trying to get the Himalayan yak milk dog chews. Do you have the supply?

Quick delivery, exactly what i ordered

Good merchandise

We have two cats, and we buy good quality food for them. If you don't buy good quality food, the litter box has a really bad smell. But with good quality food (we and our cats like Iams dry cat food) and with Tidy Cats Cat Litter, the smell is not so terrible from the litter box. We also like the 27-lb container, because the plastic tub is useful for many uses after the litter is used up.

This cat litter is excellent. There is no odor after my cat has done his business.

Ordered on Sat and delivery was made on Sun morning, very good!

An excellent dog food! I can highly recommend it! And, my dogs's love it and are thriving on it!

My cat loves digging it! Easily scooping out the waste ball.

My 13 years old cat really likes this food. The food pellets are smaller in size - it makes it easier to eat. Excellent product !

My dog loves it!

This is a fabulous product. It clumps well and is therefore easy to remove pet waste. You do not need to use a lot of it in the bottom of the litter tray so it is very economical. It does not retain odours. My cat loves using it.

High in protein. Dog loves it.

Very quick response and delivery

Excellent service.

easy to handle

Always great service! Arrives so quickly. I never need to worry that my cat will be hungry

Great cat litter box. I like how to powdery bit of the cat litter falls to the bottom and you can just pour it away. So often it is those small bits that does not clump builds up the urine smell.

.

Great example of good dry food. First, the food is moist and doesn't "crunch". Second the food is made from real meat with minimal carbohydrates/fillers. Highly recommended as an alternative to regular dry food and a good alternative to treats if your cat is on a wet diet.

Hi, I find ePet's service of great efficiency and excellent service. I'll for sure continue to use ePet and will recommend it to all my friends. Cheers!

My picky dog actually devours this food. Only downfall is that it's a bit pricey, but well worth it for the quality.
