Nice and easy to clean

Within one day all delivered well done good service

very efficient!

So far so good

we used this food for our dog in Australia and made no hesitation buying it when we moved to HK. Quality ingredients that show in the health of our dog - especially his beautiful shiny coat.

quick and accurate delivery

Great delivery service

We're always trying to keep our dog's teeth clean, but she's a bit fussy about some of those green-coloured dental treats. However, we ordered these and she goes absolutely crazy for them--like she does with her very favourite treats. Highly recommended, especially for medium-sized and big dogs.

Thank you, great products, very fast

The smell of the shampoo was good quite coconuty but the conditioner smell isn't what I expected to be that funny smell although it gives dog's fur so much softer. I don't know whether I like it or I don't! A bit over powering smell to be fair!

My dog suffers from grain allergies so this was a nice alternative. Dogs loved them!

the only cat litter we use

Very happy with the service from your company! Thank you

fast, great!

Good for my puppy, it like very much !

Good!

My cat loved it instantly! Will definitely get her another one when she's done with this one.

Our cat is very adventurous, but doesn't like a leash so we take him out for walks in his cat backpack. He is securely tied to the pack via his collar and has plenty of room to move around and lie down if he gets tired, but we can control the size of the opening so he can't jump out. We started with very short walks to get him used to it, but now he loves to check out his surroundings with us.

Epet Hong Kong provides a quick online order service for Pet food. After placing order, within 2-3 days, the goods will be delivered to your house. Great Great Great

Does the job, is reasonably priced and has a neutral fragrance. Most importantly it clumps well to make cleaning easier. Granules are a a decent size and not powdery like some litter.

good

I have 2 cats and its great. Seems a bit expensive, but total value for money as the litter last longer with proper clumping. Does leave some tracking though...but overall, best one for us.

I interchange between wet and dry food from Wellness Core to make sure my cat gets enough water content. The consistency is solid but wet enough that. She loves the food.

Good value and my dog loves it

I got my puppy a few other treat dispensing toy, so far, this is my favorite, it really keeps him busy for a while!

great

My dog is picky but loves this brand

This is literally the best litter ever. It stays fresh for more than a week. Easy to remove the clumping bits, not messy at all. I am so impressed with this product. Highly recommend!

Good quality food with real chunks, but hard to justify the price of HK$42 a can. Also, all these large cans are a waste, even my three cats cannot finish the whole can in one meal, a lot of cats are small eaters who like to eat many small meals a day. A choice of size would be nice.

Good service

Very efficient delivery

good sevice

I was familiar with the brand and this particular product. My cats like it and i think it's good quality food. On a side note though, nothing to do with the product: the delivery guy was very (!) rude. Hope to not see him again.

My dogs love this! It is gobbled up with relish and, they beg for more!

We switched to Fromm last year after seeing one of our two cats have a bad reaction to a food that they'd been eating for a long time. After doing some research, we discovered that the original brand wasn't as good as we'd been led to believe. We tried a couple of other brands, but the cats weren't receptive to the taste, even after we tried blending it with the original brand. Interestingly, one brand that was being pushed by their vet made both cats sick, and so we threw that out immediately. Later, we read about Fromm's, and so we decided to give the surf and turf a try. Again, we had to introduce it slowly, mixing a little at a time in with their old food, and then gradually increasing the percentage. After about 2-3 weeks, we completely removed the other food, and they haven't looked back. They really love the Fromm's and even rush to the bowl when we top it up to see which one will get it first. Best of all, it receives very high ratings on cat food review sites for its quality. This brand is a bit expensive, but if you want healthy, happy cats, then I'd really recommend it.

My dogs consume this treat with gusto! And, it's supposed to be good for them!

Very happy with the service provided

Like the small size shapes

Thanks for yet another fast and good delivery.

Good service and good product!

Not great on absorbancy, I prefer the soy pellets.

I agree with Richard below - my litter box was really smelly before I discovered this litter for my 2 cats. But a little dusty. But no smell is better than a little dust.

Quick delivery and good service!

next delivery, even I order at Saturday, very good customer services. But the packing is broken when I receive the goods from the express

It's easy to use and does what it says, reduced shedding alot!

Consistently awesome customer service and super fast delivery with fab brands and products for dogs.

The cubes are quite big, more suitable for bigger dogs. Had to break them into quarters for my poodle.

it is a very good dog food for my dog

Was done effectively and made up for the mistake with the order by posting the extra goods.

Fast, quality good

My cats love it

Authentic brand product and fast delivery!

No tracking and highly absorbent. The clump doesn't break into tiny little bits when you scoop so it's very easy to clean. Great with two cats. The soy smells a little like toast! Probably the best litter I've ever used. I didn't even have to gradually introduce my cats to it.

very good!

Good customer service

Very happy with these skin and coat soft chews. My cat suffers from "dandruff" on his black coat. These chews were great. Visible less dandruff in only a couple of weeks and a nice shiny healthy looking coat. Cat loves the taste too

Fast and smooth transaction

Dogs love it.

I changed from Acana for a change for the dogs and they enjoyed it. So far so good.

We were really happy to find this salmon oil on epet. It has the same contents of rival products but is only a fraction of their price.

After 2 years of trying paper, soya, crystal and clumping - we settled on clumping and this brand is the best in controlling odour. Still has some tracking though...

good sevice

the dog wont get too sensitive n fat

very nice

Title said it all thanks

Excellent product for my dog

Good quality and competitive price. Great !

My fox terrier used to smell so bad because of skin allergy. The smell was gone in days after starting him on Wellness Core. It was really magical.

I was using Dr Elsey's Precious cat Ultra Clumping Cat Litter for the past 8 months but when I got a new kitten they said they were using this stuff, so i bought a bag so that the kitten could adjust easily. To my surprise, I like this stuff much better than Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat litter for a few reasons: 1. Much better at masking odor! I can't really smell the Jasmine so it's not overpowering the room or anything, but when you're up close and cleaning it out, it's much more pleasant. 2. Less tracking. Doesn't mean zero tracking, but it's more of a round granule rather than sand so I feel it's less likely to stick to fur. 3. Much less dust. Big difference for me, I hate knowing that every time I clean the litter, a cloud of poo dust is being dug up by me. This has very little dust that I've noticed because of the larger rounder pieces. 4. Less expensive than Precious Cat litter. Give it a try, I will be switching over to this litter completely once my other stuff runs out.

My 2 dogs love this!

Quality of the toilet sheets are very good. Reasonable price. Delivery is very efficient and rapid!

VERY FAST DELIVERY & ARRANGED WELL, TKS~!

Very satisfied my cat.. Quite goid the service.. Easy payment,

Speedy delivery

My dogs love this treat!

My 2yrs.old Lab-mix loves it!

I bought this to use in my automatic litter machine (litter robot) and it is fantastic. Great clumps. The best thing is no odor. Some litters have their own odor before you begin using them, but this does not. I was very surprised! My cats started using it immediately and had previously been using Feline Fresh and crystals.

Natural raw dog food from New Zealand. Quick delivery by epet.

Our order was delivered in less than 24 hours straight to our door!

My dogs and their friends absolutely love this treat! It's also more healthy for them than others on the market!
