I decided to get 1 pork chop to try in my last order. It was fresh and tender. Pork chops tends to dry out easily but this one was perfect! The only issue I have is pork is normally less expensive than beef and I think for what you’re paying, there should be 2 in a pack.

I just threw this strip steak in a pan with a little butter and steak seasoning for a quick meal. Cooked it to med. rare and let it rest a few mins. You can tell the meat was fresh and just enough fat to give it flavor and keep it from getting dry. Highly recommend!
