We recently ordered the Maine package from Hearthstone Farm, and we absolutely love it! Knowing where our food comes from is a priority for us, and Hearthstone Farm exceeded our expectations. Each cut has been incredibly delicious, and we've been thoroughly impressed with the quality. Our favorites so far have been the all-beef hot dogs and the short ribs—both are out of this world! Great scallops, clean fresh flavor

Fresh frozen delicious. Not pumped full of saline and other stuff. Many thick and plump; a few smaller ones. 14 scallops in the first pound. Pan seared to perfection. Two more pounds still in freezer. We’ll have dinner for 2 twice/ per pound. Price was slightly lower than competitors, and we are not about to go elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Best sausage ever!!!!

I have now purchases Heartstone Farms sweet sausage several times. I have grilled them with peppers and onions, and I have used them in a red sauce for Sunday dinner. My family loves them. My granddaughter asks me to make her sausage with pepper and onion all the time.

I haven't been able to find the right meat for our Philly Cheese Steaks. Meats I previously found were either cut too thick or just not fresh. You won't be disappointed with this product. Thinly shaved, easy to break up and great flavor. My whole family now looks forward to when I make this.

I usually make stuffed peppers with any kind of meat. But today I made sausage stuffed peppers with cauliflower rice and they were a huge hit with my family. Especially my picky eater! I believe the difference was the quality of the meat! The sausage was flavorful which made the stuffed peppers turn out amazing.

We are a family of burger lovers and tend to be picky when it comes to our favorite food. These burgers were a hit with my entire family which is a rarity here. No more shopping around, thanks to Heartstone.

The sausage is excellent; an array of great choices so I can create flavorful meals with pizzaz and ease. There is something to be used in many culturally diverse cuisines. The ease of incorporating sausage, whether for Mexican, Indian, Italian or just a "plain old hot dog style dish" keeps the food creative, unique and high quality. This is especially nice when there is an abundance of fresh vegetables from the garden to be used on a daily basis.

Shaved steak tenderness

The shaved steak has no gristle. Perfect thickness, when added with mushroom, peppers and onion, creates a tender and delicious sandwich. Can easily make four bulky roll sandwiches. I order shaved steak with every meat order and I’m never disappointed.

I am amazed at the difference with grass fed meat, it’s far more flavorful and delicious. I normally feel bloated or upset after consuming meats from the supermarket. I am certainly going to try to eat better, I never felt sick once after eating my 1.5 T-bones, put a sprinkle of pepper and some Celtic salt, and 2mins on each side! You guessed it! Delicious!!!

Delicious Chili

I enjoyed this Chili very much. Chili is one of my husbands favorites and he was so excited to see that you offered it. He ate most of it but I did get a couple of spoonfuls. It is amazing. We used the little that was left over to have Chili burgers the next day. I will definitely be adding more to my next order!

Pasture raised chicken breasts

I usually get pastured chicken from Whole Foods, but decided to try Heartstone farm’s pastured chicken. I was pleasantly surprised by the tenderness and flavor of the chicken breasts! Definitely worth getting again! I also like the fact that I can get the cuts I want when I want without a subscription. Will be back for more!

Great thighs

You can definitely taste that these chicken thighs have more flavor than store bought. I always gets thighs over breast meat because the thighs tend to always cook more tender and moist. I cut these up and added to a curry, and already have several more on order for my next subscription box.

Mild Turkey Sausage

I never eaten turkey sausage and decided to order a package from Heartstone Farms. I sautéed in a pan stovetop and added some previously sautéed bell peppers. I was pleasantly surprised - delicious taste!

Recently ordered several chicken breast. The quality was far superior to anything I’ve had in quite a while. Plump, juicy, succulent, mouth watering. Not your average supermarket chicken. Skinned perfectly, no cartilage or tendons. Just nicely cut and packaged breasts ready to be thawed and in my case made into chicken parmigiana.

Perfect Nutrtion in a Bowl!

I ordered the Ancestral Blend Ground Beef, because I have severe arthritis and have been doing mostly a Carnivore/Keto-bore diet. I know one of the most nutritionally dense foods on earth is beef livers, but I can’t stand to eat them alone. I was trying to buy beef liver separately and mixing it into my ground beef, but the process of chopping it up was a bit laborious, so when I found this mix I tried it! The ancestral blend ground beef certainly fits the bill for my health and it tastes AMAZING!

We cooked our marinated kebabs on our Blackstone and they were perfect. I think if we were making stew we might cut them a little smaller but that’s just personal preference.

Great in slow cooker

I used this cut for a steak pizziola recipe and it came out very tender and delicious. I think this cut slow cooks better than the stew beef. I would like to try braising it the next time.

Best filet mignon ever

I had the strip steak, hamburger, and filet mignon so far. all were so good it was nice to have a tasty burger again. but the filet mignon was exceptional I thought I overcooked it but it was like butter it was delicious and I can't wait to have the other one. My son sent me this as a present but now I look forward to ordering more bundles from Hearthstone

My First Box

I received my first box in my subscription about a week and a half ago, it came on a very hot day And sat out on my front porch for a few hours before I got home from work. Although the dry ice was gone, the gel pack was still frozen, and the meat was still frozen solid. It was a good amount of beef and I’m very happy with the taste.

Perfect Pork

Just delicious Pork! I brined these for 24 hours, then dried in fridge for 2 hours. Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and on to a hot BBQ. Tender, Juiicy and very little fat (the crispy fat was the best).

My husband grilled these steak burgers and they were juicy, flavorful, best steak burgers we’ve ever eaten! Burgers arrive frozen, in a 3 pak, 1/3 lb or so , perfect size for the best steak burger ever. Ordering again!
