Used this service twice for my boss's business visa. Not only are they quick and efficient there customer service is beyond helpful. I would call probably 2-5 times while filling out his visa to ask a question (as these applications are very specific) and every customer service representative were super knowledgeable, they never had to say hold on let me check, they knew every answer right away. Were happy to help and even offered to walk me through some things. Also, for me at least, one of their offices is located in Grand Central, a five minute walk from me. I will definitely have to use them soon again in the future as my boss's international travel is increasing -- I am not sure how I found itseasy but I am so happy I did!

The system worked fine and I received our visas promptly. I have one disappointment: the Brazil video you showed about E-visas made the process seem so precarious and fraught with problems that we quickly signed on to this expensive program. Our visas were supposed to arrive in 10 days, but suddenly, after only two days the visas were in our inbox. Made us wonder if all the cautionary tales were a come-on to drum up business.

Although I was very skeptical about using this company after reading previous reviews, I am very happy to report that this whole transaction was as close to perfect as they advertise, as it could have been. From the time I sent off my passports with all supporting docs that are required until I got my visa stamped passports returned, was less than 3 weeks. Actually, just a little over 2. I would use thier services again. I would rate my experience with them a 10, with 20 bring highest rating.

process was quick and straight forward. I normally do not leave reviews but I am leaving this review in hopes that the issues raised are addressed as I plan on using this service in the future. Update your website, no excuse ! your website looks like its from 1999. that is mostly the largest issue. The other only issue I had is my status said pending when it should have said submitted, even though the estimated timeline for completion was accurate, its good to know your package was submitted. I had to call and confirm because I believed maybe my package had not be submitted to the consulate and would result in my visa being issues too late, keep those status updates and current as possible, this is a time sensitive business.

The first time that I visited the office in the MetLife Bldg, my experience was not favorable; there was one person on duty, and although he seemed to be not at all busy. he didn’t seem particularly anxious to help me. Not having a good vibe, I just left. I decided to give it a second try a few weeks later, and the experience was 100% satisfactory. I was helped by a young lady named Emily, and she could not have been nicer, and patient when I had questions. She is a gem…give her a bonus !

Applications for China visas were dropped off in your office without any problems. we paid for expedited processing...5 days. Around the 4th day we received an email that Its Easy was processing our application. We never received an email on the 5th day that iot was ready to be picked up. We had to call its Easy the next day and they said yes it was ready to be picked up in the MetLife bldg. office...but we should have received an email saying it was ready.

the only problem i had was that the online status was not updated regularly. from the day that the documents arrived until the day that they arrived back, there was no online update. Everything was find, but if i was a worrier, it would have meant lots of phone calls.
