Shopping with OHM is an easy thing, almost too easy for my bead budget. Customer service is prompt, my single email about an item was answered and the issue resolved within an hour. Shipping is fast; no matter from where in the world, my items reach me within ten days. And the products (and packaging) are exceptional. Beautiful jewelry and wonderful service.

Ohm beads is a provider of top quality silver and glass beads. I have loved every purchase and it's been so fun to create beautiful bracelets to share within the ohmily community on facebook. I can't wait to see what new beads they come up with next! I also want to mention how fantastic their customer service has been as well. Ohm beads is truly an amazing company to work with! And I love the new ohmbucks program, it's so kind of ohm to give back to its customers :) thank you for all that you do!

The website is easy to navigate, especially if you are looking for something particular. I like the photos from social media showing how fans use the beads. Great inspiration! The new loyalty program is great! I have enough for a free bead already

Nice smooth experience, no problems or complaints to report.
