Customer service was amazing. I received a response within hours, and my issue was resolved immediately.

For the most part shopping at OHM has been good. I did have an issue with a missing package. Ultimately, OHM agreed to send me a replacement, but only after I wrote several times imploring them to do something to help me. It would have been nice if they didn’t dismiss my concerns the first few times. Fortunately, a customer representative by the name ‘Mike’ stepped up and came through with great customer service. My suggestion to other customers who ever have a problem that they should persevere and continue to follow up to get proper service.

Experience has been good just wish ohmbucks could be used in conjunction with sales.

Wonderful beads, unique and lot of fun

I recently bought 8 beads at the half price retired bead sale. An hour after I placed the order I found 2 more I wanted to buy so they were kind enough to send me a “free shipping coupon” that enabled me to add beads to my previous order, which I thoroughly appreciated. Of course I wanted to add even more the next day but was too afraid to ask... now I wish I had. I’d have loved an option to keep my parcel open until the end of the sale so I could continue to buy without incurring the $10 shipping fee which is a bit too much for me to absorb repeatedly. I ALWAYS love my OHM beads and wish I’d bought more!

All of my experiences are fine EXCEPT I am getting skittish on ordering from OHM Australia as I have never received an item and it has been over a month since it shipped. Never has taken this long, even at the height of COVID and am feeling I will never get my items. Dreading having to deal with customer support

The recent change with you no longer Shipping to India has made it really difficult for me, as I live in India. I have never had any issues with my orders reaching me in India till date. I hope you bring back shipping to India so I can continue to collect your Ohmazing beads.

So, a five for the product but a one or two for the shopping. I put in my password and was told I had no Ohm account. Uh...no. I have an account. With Ohm Bucks in it. I then had to create a new account, with no Ohm Bucks. I place my order and then get an email saying that I got Ohm Bucks and it looks like my previous OB are still there. It was just confusing, I'm sorry to say. If there was some announcement that things were changing and that I needed to go through this process, I missed it. If I missed it, I apologize. I was just confused by the process. Still love the beads, though. :)
