There is so much detail in this tiny bead. It stays upright on my chain, which is super important. A lot of similar bead brands have issues staying in the correct position. I wish it was a little easier so it’s easier to see what it is. But there’s so much detail so ifs easy to see when you look hard enough

Trying to return bracelet for another size . Sent a ticket for return and have yet to hear back from anyone on what to do

Prices a bit too high, and OHM bucks doesn’t exactly help compensate for it. Quality is good, just not $70 to $90 a bead good when the designs are a hit and miss. The way the bracelet styles keep changing making it so you need new clasps and bracelet, making the stoppers obsolete to a point where they do not even fit on the new styles.

My shopping experience was great, the website was easy to navigate, applied my reward and checkout process was smooth. When I ever had an issue that required technical support, it is usually dealt with in a day or two.

My order arrived after a few days which was very good news, considering that it was shipped from the US. When I opened the box I was really happy with the items (a dirty bracelet and a dirty safety chain). They felt as if they are of good quality and I've been wearing them since then. I will definitely buy more stuff from OHM, as their charms also are so fun!
