The Beads are really gorgeous and high quality. The shipping to Germany lasts 10 days with tracking number. The Tax at the Airport in Frankfurt was very high. 42€. It's more than a regular bead at OHM. This was my first but also my last order at OHM. But thank you very much. The beads are sooooo amazing and beautiful. 😍

I love how the ohmbeads website functions. It’s easy to search by a color or a theme. If you type a word in like star it brings up star related beads. I once found a rare stardust that was listed simply because I was searching star beads and there it was. I was shocked and purchased it immediately. It pays to search from time to time for your wish list items

Customer support and service do, can be much better and personal.I feel almost no apriciation for collectors spending thousands and more USD/EUR on your beads, no extra's with a' package.Even for a' sticker we have to pay or use points from our bucks account, that without notification changed( and I had to wait for an mail answer for olmost a week to find out) why is it only discount now?Thats a real bumper when your customer whant to use these colleting bucks for an item.......So again, you do what internet shop do, we buy, you ship but thats it.

I only recently found Ohm Beads & feel like crying for all the years & all the beads I've missed. Rarely does a product speak to me the way Ohm does. This has been a boon for Ohm because I keep coming back to the site while I wait for my order to arrive. Naturally I always find items that are absolute must haves. The one time I was having trouble with the site, my issue was promptly addressed & I could feel the customer care coming through my laptop! OK, that last part was a bit over the top, but I have nothing but praise for my shopping experiences. I stopped collecting beads for two years, ran out of room. I've spent the years increasing my crystal skull collection to 355 powerful darlings, now I've run out of room. Back to beads for a while. I've noticed some changes around here since 2022, still lovely beads, but maybe not as edgy, more mainstream, I think, can't quite put my finger on it. Still great service, dispatch and shipping. I could use a singing skull bead. Or a few dozen. Lol. I'll find room!

Fast delivery, unique beads.

So excited to receive my order before Xmas, and it was shipped 2 miles from my house!! I ordered the L size bangle as they were out of the M size, and it is a little large for my wrist. But I figured I will be adding more beads to it, so should be okay. Love the Tomte with lapis heart, very sweet. Can't wait to add more beads!

II was notified that the package would arrive before 9pm on Wednesday. I kept looking on my front porch and finally put the light out at 10pm. It arrived with my regular mail on Friday afternoon. It was packed wonderfully but I was nervous that it possibly got lost. The tracking showed the package moving place to place then when it arrived at my local post office they shipped it out only to have it return for delivery. It was a strange experience but I am so happy that my awesome Ohm bead arrived.

Ohm beads do beautiful beads. Their beads are among the most expensive on the market. I know I am a bead collector. I used to no mind that but their customer service is fast becoming among the worst. The delivery times are abysmal unless you pay a lot. So I think this is the end of the road for me. I don't want the hassle anymore.

Thoroughly enjoy shopping with Ohm, especially since they have the greatest sales ever! The glass beads are spectacular and the silvers are delightful! The names of the beads, whether glass or silver, always make me smile. This is a company that clearly puts thought into their products. The quality and craftsmanship of each piece is never lacking. The company itself is very responsive to customer communication, which is another plus.

Beads are great! 10/10, I love OHM, but… Delivery from US (Seattle) to Canada (Winnipeg) going through…. CALIFORNIA, and takes 2 weeks. Then delivery guy trying to drop it at my home, in work time 2 pm, and taking it back to post office if i’m not home. No notice. I just figured it out from tracking website. I show up at post office and paid 62$ tax on my 180$ purchase…….. Have nothing to say But it’s not about beads, it’s about regulations. I don’t think i’ll order it again 😞😞😞

I love the Blade bead. I have two of the Puppet Master Beads. I have Jester and now Blade. Jester and Blade are my two favorite puppets of the Puppet Master movies. I will collect all the Puppet Master Beads.

If I could give the OHM beads company 10 stars I would!!!! This review is for the June 30th-July 4 sale of 2023, even though I have been a loyal customer for years. I love that the OHM team gives you a heads up about the sales and promos, which gives you time to get your wish list together. Shopping online goes well, I get a confirmation of my order immediately. I ordered June 30th and made another order July 2nd, and they combined the shipment into one and I received ‘almost’ everything July 10th via USPS- minus two items from my June 30th order. I am waiting to see if they will come later, or get credit, either way I know OHM will always come through, and I don’t ever worry. I love everything from my order(s). Thanks OHM!

Why i can't see the option of freeshipping when ordering vua the website? The option came after i put the order, via email.
