The first time I tried to shop abroad, it was very smooth and nice.

Hi guys, my two orders from ohm placed on 24th November haven’t arrived yet, I’m in the UK and USPS tracking says one arrived at Heathrow on 6th Dec and one arrived at Heathrow on 11th Dec.There are no further updates. Our postal service is having a series of strikes so I don’t hold out a lot of hope getting them yet. When they finally arrive I will be delighted with my beads I’m sure. It’s just how the world is at the moment, I’m philosophical about it.

July was a great month for me to shop at OHM! I loved that OHM gave us OHMies a heads up on the sale and we were able to preview the items for at least a week before the sale started. Many times a sale will happen and then “life” happens and before you know it the sale is over and you miss it. Not this time! Thank you Ohm for making my July memorable - shipping was super fast from west coast to my east coast location. I ordered on a Friday and on Saturday it was already on its way to me.

I love the color but I don't like how large they are. Wish they were more slim in size so I could mix different brands. I didn't take in to account the size just that they fit on the bracelet.

OHM beads are beautiful! They were very helpful in helping me find retired pieces.

Size matters. I would like measurements of the beads and compare next to a coin. I feel ripped off when a bead I order is too tiny. The size of a big BB. Pandora is all basically the same size to all their beads. I like the artist work of OMH beads. I like the bigger beads so I do not have to strain my eyes to see. I like the 2.0 beads but they are so expensive. I notice all the beads around one inch are in demand. You should have your glass beads sorted by color.

Love my beads! Accidentally purchased one with a COUPON, now can only return for credit- Company says it was on sale…. I didn’t ask to have credit or a continuation for the coupon, simply return the bead and possibly exchange it for the one that I wanted. Not a fan of this at all! Would have made sense to tell me that I would forfeit the coupon- that’s absolutely fair- but to say that it was on sale and force me into credit isn’t all that cool…. The bead is “Retired” but NOT ON SALE! Whatever…
