I started using activation three times a day. Three weeks in I noticed I am sleeping thru the night. Yay! I would normally toss and turn having to prop my arm up on a pillow for a bit. I have moved to activation in the a.m. strength at noon and recover after a wod. I will probably still have rotator surgery, but this will get me through till October. I am a believer and..... I. Very easy to pick the right system to use. Alot of details on the website about what to use it for as well such as recovery or mobility or strenth. They also make it very clear that it is not a walk in the park...its hard. Follow the chart and put in the work....so worth it!

I had purchased the crossover symmetry system after using a friends. It was immediate that I felt the advantage to using this system. When I ordered it was simple and quick. Had to wait for shipping. When it arrived, I was disappointed. Packaging was great, delivery on time, but the bands were incorrect. I called in on the next business day to see how to remedy the situation. The rep over the phone was very kind and responsive and fixed my situation very fast beyond my satisfaction. It was inconvenient to need to call in, but mistakes happen. It’s how you manage to it that makes a good service. I was extremely satisfied with the service and resolution. Thank you!
