I love having these bands for my players and they enjoy having them also. The only problem I have is with the price. Since baseball and softball are nonfunded sports at our HS, I’m buying this is out of my pocket. Buying a team package, I’m looking at $600/without shipping and shipping UPS is too expensive. The USPS would be a better/cheaper option. I had to look at other options to get the rest of the bands, since I wanted at least 5 stations. Like I said, I love the bands, but can’t afford to order through the crossover symmetry site anymore.

Just started with CS & I immediately felt stronger through my shoulders. I am excited to see the results over the next several months.

After the first day my shoulders felt better in my workout. After consistent use for several weeks I no longer have pinching pain in overhead movements and am able to cycle through more reps before reaching fatigue.

Great product and online instruction videos. Making nice progress in last 30 days after giving up on Physical Therapist after 4 visits with no improvement prior to Crossover Symmetry. Many thanks and can't wait to begin strength and golf programs soon!

I couldn’t be happier with the crossover symmetry bands I ordered and received! I made a mistake and ordered duplicate bands and the company gladly accepted my return and promptly sent me different weights to complete my band system. The quality of the bands from the materials used to manufacture them to the printed books and workout plans ware far better than I expected. As a CrossFit athlete who is 47 years young, I appreciate the shoulder strengthening programs included...10 days in and I already am noticing a difference with added strength on Barbell overhead movements and snatches. Bottom line, you won’t go wrong ordering and using these bands.

I was satisfied with the purchase and service. One sales improvement to be made would be, let the customer have the option to pick the stretch strengths of the bands. Provide a suggestion with customer option.

We've been using the crossover symmetry at our box for the past month. I can definitely tell a difference in my shoulder stability and performance.

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of support. Lots of emails wanting you to make a purchase but not any after helping to guide you through using the system.
