I was going to wait until 30 days of use was complete (I’m on day #27) before reviewing. But, this email prompted me to go ahead.
A little background- shoulder injury back in college; constant pain, immobility, impingement and weakness on that side; Current long time triathlete; transitioning into some Crossfit.
I’m very diligent about warm up and mobility. I had my own band routine trying to get this bad shoulder to health. Seems like I could not get it well -constant ache on long mountain bike rides, overhead press was painful with any weight, etc. etc.
I finally turned to COS and have diligently followed the program EVERY DAY and sometimes multiple times per day. I started with purple and yellow bands and some movements were pretty weak. I have done some iron scap workouts as well.
Almost 30 days in and my left shoulder feels better than ever. I gave up overhead pressing for 4weeks and focused on COS, pulllups, dips and push-ups. COS is amazing!!!

I FEEL AMAZING .... MY left shoulder has not felt this good in years. I am so anxious to continue to progress with this amazing product. I look to move up in weight after 6 weeks if I continue to progress.
I cheated myself and did some over head pressing the other day - very light weight mind you but NO PAIN!
I literally thought all the band work I was doing would be the same as COS. It’s not. This product and system is worth the money. It is the first thing I do before every workout.
