Awesome!

After only a few weeks of use, we have gotten rave reviews from our coaches and members. So far we have primarily used the "activation" program, but we hope to start exploring the other programs as well. I only wish we had invested in Crossover Symmetry sooner, and that we bought more than one set! There is a line to use it before and after every class.

great workout

Great customer service. I had stem cell therapy done in my right shoulder November 1st. Didn't really have a good rehab plan. Jumped back into cross fit at 4 months and it hurt immediately. Cross fit coach recommended Crossover symmetry. It's been about three weeks of at least once a day use and my shoulder is feeling better. Back doing scaled crossfit with the goal of a strict muscle up which I do every year on my birthday.....56 this April!

Amazing product for both prehab and rehab. Just installed in our sports and family chiropractic office.

I was going to wait until 30 days of use was complete (I’m on day #27) before reviewing. But, this email prompted me to go ahead. A little background- shoulder injury back in college; constant pain, immobility, impingement and weakness on that side; Current long time triathlete; transitioning into some Crossfit. I’m very diligent about warm up and mobility. I had my own band routine trying to get this bad shoulder to health. Seems like I could not get it well -constant ache on long mountain bike rides, overhead press was painful with any weight, etc. etc. I finally turned to COS and have diligently followed the program EVERY DAY and sometimes multiple times per day. I started with purple and yellow bands and some movements were pretty weak. I have done some iron scap workouts as well. Almost 30 days in and my left shoulder feels better than ever. I gave up overhead pressing for 4weeks and focused on COS, pulllups, dips and push-ups. COS is amazing!!! No more pain Mobility better Posture better Dips not painful at all I FEEL AMAZING .... MY left shoulder has not felt this good in years. I am so anxious to continue to progress with this amazing product. I look to move up in weight after 6 weeks if I continue to progress. I cheated myself and did some over head pressing the other day - very light weight mind you but NO PAIN! I literally thought all the band work I was doing would be the same as COS. It’s not. This product and system is worth the money. It is the first thing I do before every workout. THANK YOU CROSS OVER SYMMETRY

Awesome product I have been using it now for 2 weeks twice a day.

Delivered so quickly! Strained my bicep tendon, and after only a month of doing Crossover Symmetry + Iron Scap exercises 6 times a week, my shoulder feels so healthy and pain free. I won't stop this program as the warm-up to my training.
