This product has helped my shoulders. My only complaint is the price, but I’m ultimately saving money by not going to physical therapy. Definitely recommend for any athlete to maintain shoulder health and function.

I don't know - I have barely begun to use the bands. I will say your wall mounts are a little outrageously priced. I bought the same thing at home depot for two or three dollars a piece.
