Very easy and simple to do. Only con is that the steps weren’t guided very clearly. There were several times where I was left waiting between steps and wasn’t sure if there was something I was supposed to be doing. Customer service was very nice every time I reached out.

When applying for my loan, every single person I spoke with gave me tips and was extremely patient and helpful with the process! I would definitely recommend this company to my peers, friends and family.

This was the most complicated loan process I’ve ever gone through in 45 years of getting loans. The process was very complicated and drawn out. Once all the “hoops” were jumped through it still took forever to get the money. You make government loans look easy.
