The entire process from beginning to end was very easy. We received emails along the way noting items that needed attention. An overall great experience in refinancing student loans.

All things considered it was very painless. I submitted the information that was asked for and then EDvestinU took over. The website is a touch clunky during the application process and it was, at times, unclear if there was anything left that I needed to do during the application process. Usually within a day or so I would get confirmation that you had everything you needed, though. I haven't had to run any payments or use the website for much since the loan was disbursed but after a cursory glance of the actual loan management site it looks like it should be painless.
