I have had a pleasant experience with EDvestinU. The process was simple and the website fairly easy to use. Whenever I spoke with a Customer Service Representative a couple of times, they were very helpful.

Customer service was clueless

Have considered refinancing my student loan for quite some time now and once the COVOD-19 hit I started to act upon it. Was looking around to see what was out there and communicated with a few but didn’t find anything really until I came across EDvestinU whom I found easy to work with and also to communicate with. Their response was great and it didn't take long before I had a new student loan approved which will save me considerable amount of money each year. Thank you EDvestinU!

Very easy to navigate the website and had no problems refinancing my student loan

New to EDvestinU, but so far very smooth to help refinance some of my student loans every step of the way!

Everything went fairly easy. The help line, the people were very pleasant.

Things went well, paperwork was processed fairly quickly and loans were disbursed ahead of schedule. Not too much trouble using the site either.

Website seemed a little outdated. Not super user friendly. More emails for updates on status during the process would be helpful. Thanks!

Easy and pain free! Just took a while to process

This was the easiest way I’ve ever refinanced a loan. Anytime I had a question the customer service team was able to answer it and if they couldn’t they found someone who could. Everything has been very smooth so far!

The process was fairly easy. The only thing that was a little frustrating was having to email documents inside the system because the lag time of knowing or not knowing if they have been received wasn't to great

Every lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. The wait time for documents to be processed tended to be a little frustrating but given it was the middle of the Covid-19 outbreak it was understandable. The customer service for EDvestinU is top notch.
