My experience with edvestinu was wonderful. Staff was available to answer my questions or help me with the application process. I would highly recommend edvestinu/gsmr for prospective college students. I feel very confident with this program and the excellent staff that work there.

EDvestinU was professional in all interactions. The end to end process took a bit longer than desired but ultimately achieved the objectives we were looking for.

The process is simple and easy. The representatives are friendly, patient, and understanding. You could not ask for a better company to work with.

Although the rates are fair and the workers are friendly and efficient, the online process was extremely annoying, because we kept sending in documents that were clear, but were told we had to send them again. Also, my daughter had to apply twice because you messed up her first application.

Every time I call EDvestinU, the representatives are always so kind and give me a direct and concise answer. I know I can trust EDvestinU, and that is something so rare to find in a loan company. The application process is always so quick and easy and I deeply appreciate the reasonable interest rate I recieve. The transition has been seamless and it’s been very easy to navigate.

It wasn’t that easy to apply and the login link I was sent was to an old landing page but that might have be the fault of Credible and not EDvestinU. I did like the dashboard where as a parent I could see my acct and both daughters accounts

Overall the experience was satisfactory. It took us longer than normal to get the loan approval due to unique circumstances with the way my co-borrower receives income which is understandable. The only downside was the lack of coordination between the front office representatives and the back end credit decision makers as we would submit documents but would only know if they were correct once the back office said so. Everyone was very friendly and helpful though!

I recently decided to refinance my private student loans through EdVestinu. They had great rates and seem like a very customer friendly company. I took one star off because I submitted my application right when they were changing their online application portal which delayed me a little bit but other than that I had no issues. Every time I called with questions they were super friendly and helpful.

My experience with EdvestinU was great. The steps to complete the student loan was straight forward. It did not take a lot of for me to complete to application. Representatives were efficient when I have question.

They were professional and prompt in helping me get my student loan. I'm so glad that if can go to school and receive an education for a career that I love! Thanks for the opportunity to better myself and my family!

Great rates, however, the application process isn't quite clear on specifically what documents are still needed to be uploaded, or why the documents already uploaded do not meet the criteria and what different documents are needed instead.
