In addition to the above I also received updates right up until the bed was delivered and installed. After reviewing the options for adjustable beds I chose Laybrook and am completely satisfied. The bed does precisely what it said and what I wanted. The quality and performance of the bed was only exceeded by the competence and helpfulness of the technician who installed it. He was very efficient and obviously knew what he was about. Perhaps he had done it before! I would unreservedly recommend Laybrook`s products and performance.

Best money spent on my new bed. Having so much sleep I dont want to get up in the morning. Would certainly recommend for anyone who is in pain at to get one.

We already had an adjustable double bed but the memory foam mattresses were worn out so needed replacing after 8 years use. Laybrook was the only company able to supply a pair of two feet six inches by 6 feet five inches memory foam mattresses. They were delivered on the date promised and were very reasonably priced. We have been sleeping on them for 8 weeks now and we both find them very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

From start to finish Laybrooks has been amazing. Trying out the beds there was no rush, even had a coffee trying the one out that I thought was it. No pushing for the most expensive it was about what was right for me. The men that cane to install the bed where polite and friendly and went through the controls at the end with us so we knew how to use them properly even gave us the number if we had any problem with the bed. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and compationate company.

Excellent service from beginning to end at, everyone went out of their way to help at a difficult time. The bed appears well made and solid and I have every confidence that should any problem arise it would be resolved.

There was an initial problem with drawers on the wrong die of the bed. Have to say the team have been great and this was remedied with no fuss and the only reason I haven't scored a 10 is purely because of the internal communication issue. Overall brilliant team on the phone and in attendance when they assembled the bed. Complete care.

Is the widest range of bed style choice I think you will ever find. I put off buying with doubts of the wireless remote signal getting through sheets and duvet that drape on the floor, absolutely no problems there. Wish I'd got it years ago. I recommend not wasting time looking anywhere else.

Hi I am happy with the bed, mattress, and the service from the majority of the staff I had contact with over the phone, and was highly satisfied with the staff member who delivered, and installed the bed. However I would like to suggest that that you may like to consider offering your future customers a choice of neutral colours, regarding the headboard, and base etc. I do hope that my comments are helpful.
