Excellent service from beginning to end at, everyone went out of their way to help at a difficult time. The bed appears well made and solid and I have every confidence that should any problem arise it would be resolved.

There was an initial problem with drawers on the wrong die of the bed. Have to say the team have been great and this was remedied with no fuss and the only reason I haven't scored a 10 is purely because of the internal communication issue. Overall brilliant team on the phone and in attendance when they assembled the bed. Complete care.

Is the widest range of bed style choice I think you will ever find. I put off buying with doubts of the wireless remote signal getting through sheets and duvet that drape on the floor, absolutely no problems there. Wish I'd got it years ago. I recommend not wasting time looking anywhere else.

Hi I am happy with the bed, mattress, and the service from the majority of the staff I had contact with over the phone, and was highly satisfied with the staff member who delivered, and installed the bed. However I would like to suggest that that you may like to consider offering your future customers a choice of neutral colours, regarding the headboard, and base etc. I do hope that my comments are helpful. We recently purchased a remote control leg lifter and grab rail for my elderly mother and both items of equipment have enabled her to access her bed without assistance. The telephone advisers were very helpful in giving advice on the products.

On visiting the showroom, we found that it looked dark and a bit run down, was untidy and lacked a professional appearance which was disappointing However, having met with Rebecca who was a pleasure to deal with, our concerns disappeared as she provided a very knowledgeable introduction to the bed range, & helped us make an informed choice while considering all our needs. We then visited for a second time and placed our order with Rebecca, following a Q&A session, and since been very pleased with our purchase. The support and delivery teams have been brilliant, and the product quality is very good. I love the fitted bottom sheets we bought from yourselves for our adjustable beds as the quality and feel is very good and also the extra length that was needed for our type of mattresses. We would recommend this company to our friends, and thank you for helping us achieve a good nights sleep again.
