Excellent customer service. It was very quickly installed by friendly personnel . My bed is so comfortable and easy to use in reclining mode. I am extremely pleased to have purchased it.

Ordering over the phone was full of help and advice. Delivery was on time and exactly as planed. Assembly by the technician was quick and simple with a full briefing on how everything works. The best bit, my 88year old mother finds it very comfortable and easy to use.

Appearance of bed: Simple, unfussy, elegance, also with no fabric on headboard much better mite control. Comfort of bed: Wonderful. Before we had a very expensive Tempur mattress, and I woke most mornings with lower back pain. Your superior sprung mattress is much better, and I wake pain free. My wife sleeps much better on her firm edge reflex mattress. Lifting/tilting mechanism: Quiet, effective, dependable. Used mostly for reading at night. Backlit wireless remotes: Ace! Love the little torch, very good for going to the loo at night. 100%. Massage system: Tested, but not used much yet. But it's there if we need it. So you have 2 more delighted customers. Great service

We are very pleased with the appearance and comfort of the adjustable and carer beds we purchased for our aunt and uncle.They beds are functional but look very smart in the bedroom and not at all like usual hospital type beds. The two men who delivered the beds and set them up were both very kind, professional and efficient and they were both very patient and kind, engaging well with our aunt who has memory problems.

Products chosen from Laybrook's catalogue, over the phone. Plenty of advice given. When the day arrived for fitting (2 single adjustable beds), the fitter was very helpful and very efficient. We found this was the only company who provided wooden bed surrounds as opposed to the divan type most other mobility furniture people provide and found their pricing very fair! We would recommend them as they fulfilled our criteria!

I had health problems and the representative was not only polite but empathetic with my medical condition in helping me decide which bed I needed to purchase. In addition to the above I also received updates right up until the bed was delivered and installed.
