Excellent service from designing a bed to meet my parents individual needs to fast and reliable delivery. This bed with the air mattress has helped to save my fathers leg as it has aided the healing process. Worth every penny it cost. Many thanks to the team at Laybrook.

The service received was brilliant. I wasn't pressured in any way to purchase anything. The staff were able to answer all my questions and gave some good advice about pressure relief with the mattresses. On the day of delivery the engineer was very pleasant. He observed all the covid recommendations and demonstrated the bed for me. I would definitely recommend Laybrook if you are looking for good value for money and great service.

From order to delivery this was a very pleasant and professional transaction. I am very pleased with the quality of the bed.

Buying a bed from Laybook was one of the best decisions we made. The staff were very helpful in answering all our questions (and we had a lot!). Both my partner and I suffer from many chronic conditions and this bed has made a huge difference in our ability to get a good nights sleep. It’s well made and looks like it will last. The assembly crew were great as well and followed all safe COVID protocols.

Delighted with the bed as it has made life a lot easier and a lot more comfortable, I found the whole process very easy to handle from ordering, contacting customer services for delivery and installation very easy also the engineer who installed the bed arrived within 15 minutes of the time that was given.

Excellent service.

Wonderful reclining chair for elderly lady. Thank you

Very helpful during placing of order by phone. Delivery time pretty much what told to expect when ordered, with good notification of impending delivery. Delivery and installation was carried out faultlessly, all packing material was taken away, and installing engineer was friendly and very helpful. Great looking bed, and so far has worked perfectly, living up to expectations. Will use again. Thank you Laybrook!

My whole experience dealing with Laybrook was positive from start to finish

Ordering was good and m enquires were handled efficiently the delivery team were excellent no moans about five flights of stairs.we are very pleased with the operation of the bed. However there are feint marks and a tiny chip out of the bottom board.

quick and efficient quick installation by a charming gentleman who cleared away after himself

Our adjustable bed is fabulous. The service and staff are great. Very pleased.

Excellent

Great product and service

Following a mix up due to possible problem sourcing the required foam for the mattress I had ordered when that was sorted everything went to plan, as expect. The information about delivery was good and the delivery itself went without a hitch. The mattress meets my expectations . The price was somewhat high but providing the mattress lasts it will be money well spent. Communication during via the chat on line was informative and helpful. All round good service.

Overall appositive experience- Some delay in receipt of bed but once contacted they responded quickly
