ordered a new adjustable bed with a mattress in early May, 2021. I received the order on MAY 28, 2021. The delivery and set up (completed by the driver), was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone, from the person I spoke to, when making enquiries regarding the type of mattress I needed, to placing the actual order, was very quick, efficient and all the staff very friendly. I would recommend Laybrooks to anyone who is in the market for purchasing from them. Frantastic quality bed it's so comfy I find I have to force myself to get out of bed of a morning, the customer service was also excellent and I felt very much a valued customer, I must mention Charlotte who was patient with me and lovely great customer service

Excellent. I was searching around for an electric bed for my elderly mother. Found the Laybrook site and had a look at the products available which could meet her requirements. I found something of interest. Phoned the company and spoke with Charlotte, she was extremely helpful and was able to offer help and guidance. Ended up ordering through her. I was able to throw questions and queries at her and she supplied the information I was seeking. We agreed a delivery date and the full purchase price was settled on the day. When the bed arrived our delivery and installation guy was superb, Henry his name. He was courteous, helpful and answered any questions directed at him. He gave the T & Cs as well as a full list of instructions of what and what not to do. Very impressed. The bed has eased my mothers problems with her sleeping. Good service all round

The beds we purchased have really helped my parents have a better night's sleep. My mum cannot lay flat so this bed has reduced my mum's panic when sleeping and helps her relax better. The man who set up the beds was very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience I would recomend this company.

My daughter recently purchased a recliner chair from this company & absolutely loves it , finds it very comfortable which is a must for her disability . Good deluvery time .
