Transparent pricing with good communication. The whole process of buying an adjustable bed was extremely straightforward. The gentleman doing the installation was courteous and efficent and tok time to explain its operation and answer my questions.

Excellent service apart from the long delivery time

Very pleased with the comfortable bed ordered. However Customer Service could do with improving . Maybe better training? Paid extra for quick delivery, when querying the date I was told that was the only one available so I agreed and took the day off. Bed never arrived and when phoning was told I had cancelled it!!

We are very pleased with our new foam mattress. The delivery driver moved the very heavy old mattress from the bedroom to the garage, we could not have done this ourselves so top marks to Laybrook for customer service.

Purchased an adjustable bed, but accidentally ordered wrong size. This was corrected immediately without fuss by the nice lady on the phone. Paid for express delivefry but this ended up delayed but company were good enough to refund some of the express delivery fee. Very happy with bed. Great look and comfort, had to buy extra mattress retainers. All in all pleased.

THIS BED IS JUST PERFECT. I LOVE THE WAY MY LEGS ARE LIFTED SO COMFORTABLY. HEAD IS LFTED TO MAKE YOU FEEL REALLY COMFY TOO.

Purchased anew bed and mattress in February this year. Was not happy with the mattress as there was no support when siting on the sides. Found a mattress with good support in the Laybrook web site. Contacted Laybrook and agreed to purchase a new mattress. Staff very heplful
