Had to wait a while for delivery but love the bed

All our special requirements were willingly me, with only a small increase in the cost. Delivery was longer than promised, but eventually the 2 beds were delivered at the promised time and assembled very quickly and efficiently by 2 very pleasant gentlemen. Hence overall our experience was a bit mixed, but we are more than satisfied with the quality and comfort of the beds.

We love the bed we bought. It's helped both of us to sleep so much better and more comfortably, especially as I unexpectedly had to have surgery shortly after buying and it was brilliant for getting to sleep during my recovery - I'd have struggled if I'd had to lie flat. We love the style and the quality. The delivery and put-up by Laybrook was trouble-free, and though it took a bit of time from ordering, you kept us updated. We'd thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much for all of your help with deciding what bed would suit us best. The bed is fantastic and I wish we had gotten it years ago. It took a few days to get used to it but we are delighted with it now. The massager is a real treat. I've been telling everyone they need to get one!

All my dealings with Laybrook have been very positive.Like a lot of people l shopped around Laybrook were the only firm who did what l asked l wanted a quote not a brochure not some one coming to the house.l spoke to sales and was impressed with the advise l was given.l was given a date and to my surprise it was a week later, on the day l was phoned by the delivery man to say just when he would arrive,the bed was installed l was given a demonstration all done in less than an hour.l had ordered a medium mattress but on use found it too soft, l rang customer service was told no problem a new firm mattress was delivered less than a week later, its bliss, now going to bed early and getting up late 😊😊😊 thank you Laybrook one very happy customer.

This is a fantastic company! The sales team are caring and supportive, not at all pushy etc., and I really felt as though I actually mattered, and was not merely another customer! The bed I ordered was delivered within the allotted timeframe, and the young man who assembled it couldn't have been nicer. whenever I rang Laybrook I was treated with respect and courtesy, and everyone was always helpful and kind. First the delivery and set up were quick, efficient and professional. Due to my illnesses I haven’t slept in a bed for almost a year! From the 1st night on I’ve been able to sleep in bed and when I say sleep I really mean sound sleep!! The bed is the perfect height, perfect size, perfect mattress support. It is on point with the accessibility of the independent controls either side of the bed and The functions of the rise and recline of the: head alone, feet alone or head and feet together is smooth, almost silent and is adjustable to suit any comfortable position possible. I am not exaggerating when I say I’m totally in love with this bed! It meets the same criteria and standards as all the other companies but at a fraction of the price! DO NOT go anywhere else! The service received was brilliant. I wasn't pressured in any way to purchase anything. The staff were able to answer all my questions and gave some good advice about pressure relief with the mattresses. On the day of delivery the engineer was very pleasant. He observed all the covid recommendations and demonstrated the bed for me. I would definitely recommend Laybrook if you are looking for good value for money and great service.

Buying a bed from Laybook was one of the best decisions we made. The staff were very helpful in answering all our questions (and we had a lot!). Both my partner and I suffer from many chronic conditions and this bed has made a huge difference in our ability to get a good nights sleep. It’s well made and looks like it will last.
