A+ customer service

Great products

Love your hair I’ve ordered from other companies yet your hair & customer service is top Quality. The only thing I wish is there were coupons available that shop here regularly. Thanks for being such a wonderful & quality place for the all things hair extensions. Sincerely, Melissa Carmela

Best extensions ever???? I’ve tried so many different brands but I always go back to L&B. The hair is super soft and stays that way for a long time! My last purchase lasted about 6 months and it was still soft. The costumer service is also amazing! I got a bad batch once and they immediately gave me a refund to buy new hair. So happy with this brand:)

Always exceptional hair and fast shipping! I just wish they did fusions!

Fabulous product.. best ive ever tried.

very high quality product A+ service

I had my extensions put in and they came back out so I had to go get them redone again. Then I also noticed that they were frizzy course texture also... and no I did not put heat to it.

Fast shipping I love!!

Love the hair and the customer service response time!!!

I absolutely love everything about Locks & Bonds. The extensions are beautiful and last so long. The customer service is exceptional. I will never purchase extensions anywhere else.

Great place to buy from, good prices and friendly service.

Love the product and it comes fast!

This is my 4th time ordering from you. I have been very satisfied with the hair quality. My problem this time is that the hair color blend that I typically order has been out of stock for at least a month if not more. I emailed about when it would be in stock and was told other colors would be in within a week but that my blend was not on that schedule and they never addressed when they thought my blend would be in stock. I waited as long as I could but then finally had to purchase the colors seperately which I was not as happy about since the blend that I get matched my color perfectly and in order to try and replicate that I would have needed to order 3 packs when I typically only order two. So I picked two of the shades you have in stock that were a part of the blended back I like. The quality is good but the color combination is just not the same as when I am able to order the blended pack which is more natural looking. I am not sure if I would order this again if the blended one isn’t in stock when I need to reorder.

Very happy with my purchase, will be back again!

Beautiful extensions that do not frizz up like other brands ("Bombay") Natural looking texture. Emulates and lengthens the look of my own fine, blonde hair while remaining extremely affordable (under $200)! Thank you for providing the best option for clip-ins on the current market.
