Very good people to deal with and a pretty painless process. I get its a lot of paperwork so that was the worst part but well worth it and got me an even better rate.

ORL provided me excellent customer service and was able to refinance my car loan from a high 18% down to 14%, and my situation was difficult! My credit score is listed as "poor", but ORL got the deal done! I would highly recommend them, even if you think you might not get approved because you might just be surprised as I was! This is the second time I have used this company and they are great. Each time they have lowered my interest rate and my monthly payment. They are easy to work with and the process is mostly handled online. Customer Service is excellent and maintained daily contact with us when necessary as we were approaching a deadline.

these people lie, and make you feel like your being taken advantage of. they approve then deny then approve then deny. at the end of the day they approve you with higher interest rates and lower your payment by extending your terms, of course not without shot gunning your credit. then they make you do things over and over again because there people are incompetent high school graduatestudents that can't think on there own.

Fast and easy. Basically did everything on my smart phone including sending the required documents to them. There was a lot to send but that's all part of the loan game. All in all good job to open road
