The refinance of my car was seamless. I completed the online application and they were able to get right back to me. The information was transmitted via the internet and the piece that had to be an original was shipped via 2 day. The contact with Open Road followed up with telephone calls and emails when I was not able to take the calls. I appreciated that so much, and my interest rate was lowered considerably.
