Exceeded my expectations

Chase with open lending, was very persistent and knew his stuff. Professional every time. I was little hesitant being new to credit karma. I was worry if this was legit. I was able to refinance at a much lower interest rate. I will update my status with the new company. Hopefully this was the right decision. To be continue...

After dealing with another company that had very poor customer service, it was very refreshing to do businesses with a company who actually took the time to listen to and answer every question I had. My loan officer Abram was very professional yet personable and went above and beyond to assist me with my refinancing needs and more importantly that I understood the terms. He treated me with respect and like an individual. He even called to follow up. My loan was even less money than what I was pre-approved for. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome service throughout the entire process! I was so pleased with the service I refinanced another vehicle through OpenRoadLending. They make whole process simple, and quick. The communication from start to finish was exceptional. It only took a few days to get approved and have my loan payed off by the new creditor. This is by far the best experience and service I have had in my 38 years of financing automobiles. They even gave me a $100 referral gift for referring myself when I came back to ORL for my second refinace. How great is that? It was great!!!!! PRL
