Most pleasant auto refinance experience I have ever had. If you have a PC or laptop and a printer/scanner (with usb ports) this will be a pleasant cake walk for you. Scan documents, save to file then upload to Open Roads. One DMV document (if needed) will need to be signed, scanned and uploaded and then the original sent to Open Roads; but they provide a printable postage label with two day tracking delivery. That was nice of Open Roads. The representative was awesome; kind and professional. She or he will walk you thru the process with ease and you can do it all in the comfort of home.

Open road was so easy to move us through the process. At first ut seemed too good to be true but once we submitted all the required paper work. We received the check to pay off our previous lender and began saving 80 dollars a month. 6, 000 dollars throughout the loan teen.
