This is the second I’ve refinanced through OpenRoad Lending. The process was quick and painless. I’m enjoying the lower payments. I will refer friends and family to you. I will likely use you again sometime in the future.

My experience with OpenRoad was simple and easy. If I had a question I had my own personal assistant that sent me everything and helped me with any questions. After all paperwork was completed then in a few days it was all done and accepted. This loan really helped me out saving money from my original loan. I would like to thank them for helping me out.

All though I was able to save in the long run, the process was a bit shaky. Made me second guess if this is a legit company or not until a representative named Johnathan kept me informed on everything going on. I am going to refinance my wife’s car through OpenRoad because of the way one representative made my experience from bad to great!

Excellent customer service and great knowledge regarding the refinancing process.

One of the best decisions I have ever made in my life! I received a letter in the mail saying I was “pre approved” for a lower rate to pay off my car so after going to the website for open loan and sending them some forms; I went from a car note of 440 to 280! I am so happy. They are very patient and they communicate with you about the process as well.
