Very nice staff to work with. It becomes a little confusing when every week or two they request additional information instead of giving you a complete list of what will be required first. I thought it was a lot of paperwork considering their letter to me said pre-Approved. I do look forward to having the lower interest rate, which reduces the payment. I did find that if you work with one person and stick with that is best.
