Everyone here was very friendly. Love the lower rates and saving $60.00 a month. Only problem I experienced was emailing everything to them. I am an older person with limited computer skills. Im sure the process would be a breeze for someone younger and with more computer/technology knowledge than I have. Overall the people and the company are very easy to work with and they answered all of my questions with grace and expertise.
