Extremely SLOW Process!! Phone Hold times were always over 10 minutes. Almost never received replies to my email (or text). It shouldn't take about 25 days to refinance a vehicle. Get with the times. It shouldn't take more than a few days to complete an automobile refinance.

I shopped around and shopped around and you were the only company that was able to significantly lower my interest rate and lower my monthly payment. I was starting to lose heart that I wouldn't be able to refinance this year. Because of this loan and other financial decisions made the last few months, I will be debt free (except this loan) in 18 months. Thank you!
