Communication was a big issue. My approval was 3 weeks prior to my finalization. I would call my rep and would get an email response. I lowered my interest rate so I was happy there but I would have gone with someone else for a faster process with the same result

The first person I dealt with might as well have been a wall. Zero communication. Never answered my questions. Never called. Only sent a couple canned emails. Second person was much more engaging. However, the process took MUCH longer than the timetables I were originally given. Wouldn’t go through the headache again.

Very informative and was a long process but well worth it.The one thing I can say outside of that is make sure you sign your POA forms the same exact way you sign your drivers license or ID.It is very important.

communication with this company is very poor. one agent argued with me over information I was given and even refused to let me speak with a manager.i asked him why he was so rude and he stated he was one of their best employees.I also did not know that I was paying a fee because this is not actually a loan company they set you up with a loan or refinance.
