I ordered a hand impulse sealer, which your company uses a 3rd party drop shipper to provide. MY order had a mismatch between the repair kit I ordered (for the wrong unit) and the impulse sealer itself. Ok, my mistake. But I called after a couple of days to say that my shipment was time sensitive and I needed to know why the order hadn't shipped yet. It took another week to get that answer, and I had to order a second unit from another seller in order to have a working unit after my deadline. Of course they arrived at the same time. Very Frustrating and wasteful.
