I have made 3 transactions and 2 of them were messed up badly. The first: I ordered a sample and the never showed up. The second: I ordered bags 10 days in advance to when I needed them and they SHIPPED about 12 days after I ordered them. Will not continue using PBFY.

I appreciate the free shipping on orders over $400, but it is frustrating that a person can only order bags to get that benefit. The last time I ordered I didn't need all bags. I needed other supplies, like resealable tape, and I was going to order alot of it, but it did not qualify for the free shipping. As a result, I had to buy bags that I didn't need because the shipping is so incredibly expensive and I found another company that would ship the resealable tape for free shipping. I feel that you lost business because you don't allow whatever comes to $400 to qualify for free shipping.
