I recently requested a phone contact so that I could talk to someone about the specific application that I was considering with beehives. Instead of a call, I received an email telling me to go look on youtube at a particular video where a man uses your product in his overwintering hives. I had already seen the video and that was the reason for my desire to talk with someone. I wanted to make sure that I understood how to run your heat tape in series off of one thermostat. Please don't try to guess what your customers want. Respect their requests. Customer service is about meeting their needs, not making them jump through your hoops. I own 3 multi million dollar companies. I bend over backwards to serve. It is my privilege to earn their business. I would still like to talk with someone to make sure I'm buying the correct parts and quantities. You may prefer to keep contact to emails but a good business person knows that it's not about them and what they want, rather, it's about serving the customer.
