Second time purchasing from pangea and I received a hygrometer that read way too high so I messaged the company. They responded within 24 hours, on a weekend, saying they would send out a new one Monday. Didn't check my second invoice but I also like that there is what looks to be a hand written "thank you" on the invoice, it's the small things sometimes.
