Shane was most helpful in guiding me through the process of my investment. Phone calls were arranged to my convenience and what I found most reassuring was the continuity of speaking to the same person, this built up a connection and rapport that is often missing in our modern world. Shane also replies promptly to my emails, wether that is to answer any questions or assistance online. I feel as I should feel which is a valued individual and not a robotic number. As far as the investment itself, I feel confident that I have made a fully informed wise decision but in fairness only the test of time will prove wether or not it was worthwhile. Meanwhile, I am reassured my cask is stored safely, is fully insured and secure and I trust that the Angels will tread gently with their share. Finally is the Welcome pack that arrived as soon as the investment was made, beautifully packaged with printed documents and three sample bottles of whisky which as yet are unopened waiting for a family gathering for the big reveal. I look forward to tantalising the taste buds and recording our findings of appearance, nose and palate.
