Customer Services really do know their stuff and no question is too trivial or 'silly'. I received regular emails updating me on the progress of my order and parcels are sent securely. I am a multiple repeat customer with Valentine wigs, rhey will price match if you find cheaper, but I never have. Great choice from different brands and fast recorded delivery. Friendly customer service, really is good. I recentley purchased a wig, I felt was not up to scratch with the cut, obviously not the fault of Valentine wigs, I contacted them and the issue was sorted very quickly. I knew it wouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't. Can't fault them.

I have bought wigs online and in shops but I would recommend Valentine wigs over all the others. The prices and range of wigs are great and the service is excellent. All of the stages of purchasing an item are clear and delivery has always been exceptional in terms of informing me when items would arrive, which are always well packaged. The crucial thing about wearing a wig, apart from the style you choose, is the colour and it can often be very tricky determining what the actual colour of a wig is from online pictures or reviews. At Valentine Wigs, they can let you buy or 'borrow and return' the colour swatches from many different brands - check it out on the website. I was undecided between 2 colours for my 'Jones' wig and having seen in the flesh the actual colours, I made a more informed choice. It's also possible to return some brands of wigs if you find it just doesn't work, but not all, so check the website for more information. The staff are extremely helpful should you need to discuss any purchase beforehand. They are very quick to respond to emails too. Everyone is very pleasant to deal with, even when you ask what might seem 'silly' questions. They understand. If you sign up to Valentine Wigs' Free Discount Club, there is often a weekend sale on certain brands with discount on top of the discount on line! Prices are very competitive and they offer a 'best price guarantee'. What more can you ask! I will buy another wig from Valentine Wigs in the near future - I just have to make my mind up as to which one!

I purchased Noriko KateWig in Nutmeg R. This is my 2nd purchase from Valentines wigs since January. My 1st was Noriko Sky in Creamy ToffeeR. I wanted a more brown base this time and had seen Nutmeg R colour. The customer representative that I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the colours and offered good advice. After purchase,I was informed regularly of the dispatch of my wig. It arrived on time and was discreetly packaged. The chocolate was 😋 yummy. The wig is gorgeous and the colour fabulous. Average size fits me snugly( I am between 21 and 21.5"). A very comfy fit. I love the longer layers and the way the hair hugs the chin. I think it's very flattering .
