I think the shoulder system needs to be a little longer and have a cup to cover each shoulder or at least in an indent. It should probably also be adjustable for the length of the shoulder.

I purchased the deodorant which I'm Trying for the first time after my recent tride and true brand want extinct. I have an extremely difficult time finding a deodorant that works for me. I have used Vibesup for a couple weeks now and am loving it so far. It's the first nonscented deodorant I've tried, and I like it more than I thought. If this continues, it will be my new go-to! Worth the money to smell good!

I have always loved your products, and especially the crystal cream, but it was a big disappointment to wait so long for my recent order of age-less crystal cream. I also received the newer model bracelet for pain, which is more comfy and easier to wear. I have a small wrist, so would love to see you make a smaller size available.

I ordered a product that did not work out for me. The wonderful person I spoke to in Customer Service helped me thru the return, with no questions asked, and made a note that when it was returned to send out a different product and then issue any refund left. Everything went well and I received the new product and a refund was immediately issued. thank you

Very disappointed that you closed the Reno store. I shopped there quite often. You could get your merchandise immediately and the prices were a bit cheaper. Online shopping is ok, but it takes a couple weeks to get your order.

I have just purchased the aura cleansing soap. I love it! Smells spiritual….hard to explain but when I use it in the shower and close my eyes, I am transformed into another world. Will buy more.

Still evaluating how well these products work. On first experience I do believe that I had some relief from back pain using the mat. I can say without hesitation that their customer service is excellent because I had to return a mis-sized item and they responded immediately and took care of the return and replacement. A follow up review may be necessary after the evaluation.
