I selected 4 stars for the reason off the squishes did not do anything for me day or night. I did however love love the ageless crystal cream, that is fantastic & will order again. I purchased the back wrap for another family member & did not get a review yet.

I had just received my first order, and that very night came down with the achiest flu I can ever remember having, vibes up pad worked incredible, as long as I had them next to my head and stomach I felt fine.They work great!

I ordered foot wear that is to small for my feet. Reached out to Vibes through their online chat to make an exchange for a larger size. Sadly they have ghosted me. No one responded to my request for help. My request Stayed in the chat window for 3 days or more and has been removed. Epic fail for customer service and making a good first impression!

The log out therapy pillow is a definite winner. Both my husband and I sleep with it under our knees. There has been noticable improvement in sleep comfort and quality. We would highly recommend it.

Although i enjoy the products i find customer service to be non-existent! Phone calls are never responded to. Ageless cream is amazing however when i purchased the ouchless cream it was in the ageless cream pouch with a sticker and the ingredients were unreadable. I still do not know if I received the correct product.
